Sales Executive in Batteries Sales

Dubai

RESPONSIBILITY

• Promote and sell Aftermarket Batteries to the B2C & B2B customers across the UAE.
• Develop and maintain relationships with B2C & B2B customers to achieve sales targets.
• Explore sales opportunities through market research and networking.
• Visit potential customers and present brand/product samples and catalogues whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service.
• Assess Customer Requirements & assist in delivering the needs.
• Prepare and send accurate price quotations to B2C & B2B customers.
• Prepare and send updates on product information and prices to corporate and retail customers.
• Negotiate sales terms including price and delivery in line with company guidelines.
• Prepare and collate information and documentation required to close a sale such as sales invoices, delivery dates and customer profile.
• Handle customer requests for credit facilities and submit relevant credit forms and supporting documents to Finance for review and approval.
• Follow up on payments with customers to ensure timely collection and report regularly on payment status to the Sales Manager.
• Check stock availability and report any shortages to the Sales Manager.
• Input and update sales activities into the system and prepare status reports on sales activities such as closings, new leads, follow-ups, and target achievement by product/brand.
• Continuously Monitor Market Trends & Competitor Activities Developing the Independent Workshop Channels Implementing channel offers and promotions to different channels like Retail, High street, Independent workshops etc.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream or equivalent, MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
